If you’re a Holden fan then Motorclassica will be one event not to miss!
Today car fans around Australia are stepping off the tarmac in Melbourne for Australia’s premier classic and collector car exhibition, Motorclassica.
The iconic classic car two-day event opens its doors today at Melbourne’s Royal Exhibition Building from today to Sunday 15 October.
Motorclassica is set to shine in its eighth year with its largest array of special features yet. We’ve already covered Ferrari’s 70th Birthday celebration being held at the event, and there’s even more to look forward to.
Sticking to tradition, Motorclassica will play host to ever-popular features such as the Australian International Concours D’Elegance, the daily Club Sandwich car club displays, the VIP lounge for entrants and special guests, and the Saturday evening Classic Car Auction, conducted this year for the first time by Mossgreen.
Holden will be featuring at this years Motorclassica with the very first Australian-built Holden 48/215 prototype from 1948 being showcased. Along with this, two other significant concept cars from past Holden generations will be shown.
Also there will be a unique display of all five generations of Commodores featuring to stay in line with the Holden theme.
Holden have chosen Motorclassica to reveal the fully imported 2018 Commodore Model to the public for the first time ever.
Mercedes-Benz will also be unveiling a never-seen-before vehicle on tonight’s opening show.
We are ready for you Motorclassica!
