Stuttgart’s Porsche historical centre is a heaven of extravagance vehicles, abounding with more than 80 of the company’s most well known, famous vehicles on display permanently.
Yet in the background, a mystery warehouse nearby conceals a collection of special-edition, incredibly rare makes from Porsche’s past. During a usually uncommon peek behind these closed doors, German Photographer Steffen Jahn captures and archives the premises and valuable cars housed there, including cases of some of Porsche’s most acclaimed gems. Stacked in protective cases and organized in rows, everything from restricted release racing cars to vintage recreational makes is stored away and secured — an uncommon display for easygoing drivers and auto fans alike. Take a peek at some of the photographs below for an exclusive look inside.
