We are dedicating this post to car interior designs and the top five classics that we think do it just right!
On an aesthetic perspective, cars are most often seen from the exterior, unless we are lucky enough to be behind the wheel of one.
What’s usually appreciated is the aesthetics of the outside appearance, but the car interior is what makes a car magnificent and luxurious.
Classic cars are unique and styled according to the era the vehicle was developed – that’s what makes them more interesting and defines their character.
We have explored some beautiful classic and vintage car interiors of many classic cars and gathered our top five favourites:
- Muntz roadster
Unique snake-skin patterned classic car interior to compliment the gorgeous blue exterior – this car reflected the flamboyance of Muntz himself! The bright colours, exquisite and patterned interiors and a cooled liquor cabinets in the compartments, under the back seat armrests.
- 1968 Ferrari 365 GT
Ferocious Ferrari with its wooden dashboard, bright yellow emblem and golden leather seats makes a distinctive bold statement!
- Porsche 911 – with tartan upholstered seats – although these have been customised, we love the finish of this interior. The tartan complimentary colours match the exterior colour, and the wooden/tanned leather dashboard and steering wheel.
- Lamborghini 400GT interior – its one of the best we’ve ever seen. What’s not to love about the elegant colours used, the wooden steering wheel, the tan leather and black dashboard. Classic at its finest.
- Mercedes benz Gullwing – need I say anything? Red hot leather interior says it all, along with the white steering wheel. This car is exceptional inside out!
